17-Year-Old Found With Child Porn In Hudson Valley Faces Felony Charge

A 17-year-old boy is facing a felony charge after police said they found him to be in possession of child pornography at his home in the Hudson Valley.

Members of the New York State Police Computer Crimes Unit and the Bureau of Criminal Investigation from the Wappinger barracks, executed a search warrant at a residence in the town of Fishkill on Thursday, May 24 where James Park was found to have the child porn, state police from the Wappinger barracks said.

Park was charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child, a Class E felony.

Park was arraigned at the Town of Fishkill Court, and he was released under the supervision of probation.

His next scheduled appearance is on June 5.
